Clinic
Floor plan:
The clinic is located in Suite 1200 on the first floor of 411 N. Washington Avenue. The clinic is 3,635 ft2 (4,207 ft2 rentable) and was constructed from an empty shell with the sole purpose of supporting a Mohs surgery practice. (I have stressed to the Landlord that the clinic is not suitable for conventional medical practices, and it is in their interest to lease the suite to another Mohs surgeon.) The space is remarkable for several reasons. The layout is open-span – all of the columns are situated in the perimeter of the suite. The ceiling height is 12feet, and the exterior walls are glass, extending 3 feet above the ceiling.
